The staff were friendly. I appreciated the complimentary refreshments available throughout the day.
The shower did not drain well during my entire stay (I reported it, but nothing happened). Water got all over the bathroom floor if I wasn't careful. The wire chairs in the room were not comfortable at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room featured a good air conditioning system and was quiet (overlooking an inner courtyard). We enjoyed free soft drinks and snacks available in the foyer after 2pm. I also appreciated the complementary soft drinks in the minibar. It was restocked daily.
Our shower didn't drain well. I reported it, but it was never fixed . Water would run out all over the bathroom floor if I wasn't careful. The light didn't work, and they never fixed it either.
